The Healthfirst Visa or Debit card is not for all kind of uses. It can only be used to receive quarterly OTC allowance. You can use it swipe at store, or use it online to place OTC orders. You can use it for other purposes.

Walmart is included in the official list of Health First OTC participating stores. You can use your OTC plus card to purchase OTC items. Give them your card at the counter to pay the bill.
